G-RAID
With our brand G-RAID, we are building on the successful rallying of the Mercedes G's in the last 4 decades. Since Jacky IYXS won the 1982 Paris-Dakar rally, the G-Class is a legend for superior off-road capability, with our special modifications and attachments once again increasing usability and allowing us to operate in the most extreme conditions. Likewise we stand with the label G-RAID as a partner for service and logistics all G-Enthusiasten to the side. For several years, we have been accompanying the Dakar every year with our Media Truck and keeping the enthusiasm for the G alive.

Daniel Wiesel
Founder and owner
Daniel Wiesel was Sales Manager at Mercedes-Benz Senger & Kraft (2001-2007) and one of the most successful AMG salesmen (2006). Daniel was employed by the SUV specialist ORC in Stuttgart from 2009-2010. He has participated in numerous rally events with the G-Class and drove many a cup home.
Jörg Sand
Co-founder
Jörg Sand completed his training from 1990-1992 at AMG mbH in Affalterbach. Since completing his studies in 2000, he has been advising companies and organizations on mobility.The graduate journalist is the author of two books on the subject of Mercedes / Puch G and publisher of the international G-Wagen magazine. The practical manual for the G-Class is now itself a classic.
